Citibank awarded VTB Bank (Armenia) with STP Award 2016 for high-quality international transfers

ArmInfo. The largest international bank Citibank awarded the Bank VTB (Armenia) the STP Award 2016 for the high quality of international transfers.

As ArmInfo explained to the press service of the Bank, the Straight Through Processing award confirms that the services provided by VTB Bank (Armenia) comply with high quality standards in the system of international settlements, the observance of which ensures the execution of payments in automatic mode without manual processing. STP Award 2016 award is given to Citibank's partner banks around the world, providing the best balance between the number of payments and the quality of issuing payment instructions.

VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC became a participant of the international financial group VTB in April 2004.  At present, VTB Bank, the second largest bank in Russia, owns 100% of VTB Bank (Armenia). The Bank is traditionally one of the leaders of the banking system of the Republic of Armenia in terms of key indicators. VTB Bank (Armenia) dominates the coverage of the branch network with 67 branches with presence not only in the capital (23) but also in all regions of the country (44), and the number of regional branches is maintained by leadership.
