ArmInfo. Swiss wine company Schuler St. Jakobs Kellerei intends to deploy its activities in Armenia. The investment program of the company was discussed on November 30 at a meeting of RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan with company representative Jakob Schuler.
According to the press service of the Armenian government, the company intends to expand its activities in the community of Rind Vayots Dzor region of Armenia. Welcoming the initiative of the Swiss entrepreneur, Karen Karapetyan stressed that the Armenian government attaches importance to involving each investor in the market of resuplicks. It is also important, Karapetyan continued, that any investor feels well in Armenia.
Jakob Schuler expressed his satisfaction with the conditions created for foreign investors. He presented the activities of the company, noting that in Armenia a very favorable field for the development of entrepreneurial activity was created. The Swiss businessman noted that the company he represented was interested in investing in Armenia, which is rich in winemaking traditions.
The company Schuler St. Jakobs Kellerei has been engaged in winemaking for more than 300 years. It has its own production and sales network of own production wine. The company has 12 wine shops, 2 production facilities in Switzerland, offering more than 250 exclusive names of wines from around the world, and now also from Armenia.
