Additional issuance of ARARATBANK stock in the volume of 2.416 bln AMD passed listing in NasdaqOMX Armenia stock exchange

ArmInfo. Simple nominal stocks  of ARARATBANK additional issuance in the volume of 2.416 bln AMD on  December 5 of 2017 passed listing in NasdaqOMX Armenia stock exchange  with inclusion in the quotation list "C", and are allowed to conclude  targeted trade and repo deals.

This additional issue includes 483,330 shares (ISIN - AMARBKS10ER4),  with a nominal value of 5,000 AMD, which will be traded under the  ARBK stock exchange abbreviation. In total, 1760731 stocks of  ARARATBANK are listed on the stock exchange list.

To date, 6 issues of ARARATBANK bonds are listed on the NasdaqOMX  Armenia stock exchange, of which 5 - dollar in total amount for $ 10  million and 1 - AMD for 400 million AMD. In total, shares of 10  issuers are listed on the NasdaqOMX Armenia stock exchange as of  December 5, 2017, of which 3 are banks - ARARATBANK, Armeconombank  and Unibank.

JSC "ARARATBANK" has been operating since November 2005. The majority  shareholders of ARARATBANK on October 1, 2017 one of the largest oil  traders in Armenia - Flush company - 72.73%, Barsegh Beglaryan  (famous entrepreneur, the head of Flash) - 18.33% and Rural Impulse  Fund II (part of the Belgian Incofin Investment Management - Incofin  IM) - 8.58%. ARARATBANK takes the third position in the total number  of branches, which number 61, and this position is held by the number  of regional branches (30), and according to the number of capital  (29) the championship is fixed.
