The top ten countries for doing business were New Zealand, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, Hong Kong, Denmark, Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland. The worst country for business was the republic of Chad, located on the last, 153rd line of the rating with a GDP decline of 6.4%.
