According to the source, EarlyOne mobile application allows customers of VTB Bank (Armenia) to hold a queue in the preferred branch in advance and at convenient time in advance. To do this, you need to download the mobile application EarlyOne, select the icon of VTB Bank (Armenia), specify the preferred branch of the Bank, the date and time of the service, and keep the queue. Having received the code, the client at the specified time approaches the Bank, enters the code on the screen of the device by holding the queue, receives its receipt with the number and is serviced exactly in the previously withheld time.
The Bank stressed that the new service not only saves time for clients, but also makes visiting the branches of the Bank more comfortable. Thanks to the EarlyOne system, the time spent by customers in the branch has significantly decreased. The number of customers using the remote service is growing day by day, changing the whole culture of banking services in the Bank's branches.
