The transport network will be formed by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies in cooperation with regional authorities, whose representatives will also be involved in tender commissions. Currently, about 170 communities are deprived of the opportunity to use public transport. A single operator will serve both profitable and unprofitable routes.
