ArmInfo. Within the next two months, the results of the tender for the construction of a solar industrial power plant "Masrik-1" with a capacity of 55 MW will be summed up in Armenia. The Deputy Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources Hayk Harutyunyan told journalists on February 13.
According to him, the winner of the tender will be the company that offers the lowest tariff. At the first stage, 60 international companies showed interest in participating in the tender, 20 of which presented tender packages, and only 10 were admitted to the final stage. Hayk Harutyunyan noted that there are no Armenian companies on this list; it is only about international companies that have the qualifications and experience of work. This is done in order to avoid the possible appearance of companies with a dubious reputation on the market. Among the applicants are companies from South Korea, the United States, India, and the countries of the European Union.
