ArmInfo. On February 27, the dollar issue of the Armbusinessbank coupon bonds was listed on the Nasdaq OMX Armenia stock exchange, including in the list of Bbond and the admission to the conclusion of targeted trade and repo deals.

According to the press service of the exchange, this issue (ISIN - AMARBBB25ER7) consists of 51,000 registered coupon bonds with a face value of $ 100, with a coupon yield of 8%, with a circulation term of 4 years. The bonds of this issue will be quoted under the exchange code ARBBB5.

As of February 27 this year on the exchange, 4 tranches of corporate bonds of Armbusinessbank are quoted, of which three - dollar in the total amount of $ 23.3 million and one - AMD in the amount of 100 million AMD. In particular, on January 23, 2017, the Bank issued one tranche of dollar and dram bonds, then on December 5 of the same year the next dollar tranche followed, and on February 6, 2018, another one-dollar tranche was issued. The dollar issues of the bonds of Armbusinessbank are included in the Bbond stock list, while the AMD - to the Cbond list. The yield on the coupon of the first issue of dollar bonds was 8.5%, with the second dollar tranche it fell to 7.5%, and already at the third dollar issue it increased to 8%, and the coupon yield was 14% in the AMD tranche. The period of circulation of dollar bonds from the first to the third issue increased from 2 to 4 years, and the dram was set at 2 years.  Repayment of bonds of these issues falls on 2019-2022.

In total on the exchange Nasdaq OMX Armenia by February 27, 2018, taking into account this issue 52 issues of corporate bonds of 14 issuers are quoted, out of which 41 issues were issued by 10 banks:  Araratbank and Ameriabank (8 each), Armswissbank (6), Bank Anelik (5), and Armbusinessbank (4), Unibank (3), Converse Bank (3), Armeconombank (2), one tranche from ACBA-Credit Agricole and BSTDB. Of the total number of corporate bonds quoted on the Exchange, there are 32 dollar issues, of which 28 are issued by 10 banks: Araratbank (6), Ameriabank (5), Armswissbank (4), Anelik Bank (4), Arbusinessbank (3), two for Converse Bank and Unibank, and one for ACBA-Credit Agricole and Armeconombank. In addition, 2 euro tranches are listed on the exchange - one each from Ameriabank and Armswissbank. The total number of bonds quoted on the exchange (52) includes also 3 drams of the National Mortgage Company, 4 issues from the UKC "Global Credit" (2 dollars and 2 drams) and 2 issues from the UKC "Finka" and UKK First Mortgage Company 1 dollar and 1 AMD).

Armbusinessbank has been operating in the Armenian market since December 1991. The sole owner of the bank is Vitaly Grigoryants. Armbusinessbank is included in TOP-3 by assets, credit investments (including loans to the economy), liabilities (including demand deposits and urgent). In terms of coverage of the branch network, the bank was entrenched in TOP-5, having 53 divisions, out of which 24 are located in Yerevan, 22 - in the regions of Armenia and 7 - in the NKR.
