ACBA-Leasing makes new offer of purchasing commercial property on  lease with 8% interest rate

ACBA-Leasing company  offers legal entities to purchase on lease commercial real estate at  an interest rate of 8%, with a prepayment of 20%, maturity of 12 to  120 months, with the possibility of VAT recalculation. As the press  service of the company reports, the financing is provided both in  drams and in foreign currency.

In order to purchase commercial real estate on lease, additional  collateral is not required, since in this case the real estate that  is the subject of this leasing agreement acts as security.

According to the Ranking of Armenian credit companies prepared by  ArmInfo, by April 1, 2018 leasing transactions of ACBA-Leasing  amounted to 12.96 billion drams with an annual growth of 1.4%. In the  total volume of leasing operations of banks and credit companies, the  share of ACBA-Leasing is 76.5%.
