ArmInfo. An information tourist center was opened in Dilijan, which is the first in the Tavush region.
According to the IDeA Foundation's press service, tourists visiting Dilijan will be able to get free of charge the necessary information, in particular about tour packages, and even rent bicycles, tents and other necessary accessories for the hike, and purchase souvenirs made by local masters and craftsmen.
In the neighborhood with the newly-opened information center located at the address: Maxim Gorky Str. 15/2, the opening of the renovated Dilijan city park was held. Within the framework of the IdeA Foundation's program, park alleys, a playground, benches and garbage cans were installed, lighting was modernized.
According to the source, the center was opened within the framework of the IDeA Foundation's program jointly with the EU, co-financed by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development of Armenia in cooperation with the regional administration of Dilijan and Dilijan National Park.
