ArmInfo. Armenia launched a marketing campaign. This is stated in the message of the Foundation "Business Armenia". According to the source, the Foundation has developed one common marketing package in 6 areas, aimed at improving the image and attractiveness of the country.
The materials will be published under the brand name "Select Armenia" and "Take a step, choose Armenia." Documents will be submitted in English and, first of all, sent to international investors and entrepreneurs. The purpose of this step is to ensure the availability of information at international sites.
In particular, the attractiveness of Armenia will be presented in such areas as pharmaceuticals, energy, processing of agricultural products, textiles, information technology, jewelry. Packages include 2-minute video footage, industry research, success stories, and printed materials. The Foundation "Business Armenia" on its official page on YouTube published its first material on the field of information technology. According to the results of research conducted by the Foundation, over the past three years, the sphere of information technologies of Armenia ensured an annual export growth of 38%. The export of products of the sphere was mainly carried out in the USA, Canada, and European countries. Last year alone, exports totaled $ 338.6 million, over 150 new companies were registered. The success stories include the creation of the innovation center of Microsoft, the companies Synopsys Armenia and Benivo.
"This is a comprehensive and professional step towards the presentation of investment and business attractiveness of Armenia. The package does not include all the indicators relating to the country without exception. Its main task is to create a platform for potential investors, which provides detailed information about Armenia," said the executive director Business Armenia Foundation Armen Avag Avagyan.
