ArmInfo. Another brandy and wine production plant will be built in Armenia. At a meeting on May 2, the RA government satisfied the application of the "Manukyan Brandy factory" for exempting it from VAT payments for a period of three years for importing technological equipment.
According to RA Minister of Economic Development and Investments Tigran Khachatryan, the enterprise is planned to be built in the Balahovit community. The company intends to invest 2.8 billion drams in the next three years, of which 1.1 billion drams will be spent on the purchase of the necessary equipment. The project envisages the formation of 32 new jobs with an average monthly salary of 260 thousand drams.
To note, the plant is built by former MP from the Prosperous Armenia faction Melik Manukyan.
