ArmInfo.The behavior of taxpayers in the first four months allowed the tax authority to draw conclusions regarding the tax revenues to the state treasury  following the results of 2019 in the direction of their increase by  62 billion drams. This was announced on May 10 to the journalists by  the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) David Anyanan  commenting on the sources of formation of the expected additional  revenues of the state budget.

Thus, according to Ananyan, tax, revised its tax expectations,  including on the basis of a study of the annual calculation of  taxpayers, which were presented in the SRC until April 20 of this  year. In particular, as a result of online work with 1492 business  entities, studying their behavior, as well as comparing indicators  with last year's, SRC adjusted its expectations for tax revenues. "It  is very important to keep in mind that the indicated 62 billion drams  will be declared by taxpayers. We only help to organize the process  of self-declaration more correctly," said David Ananyan.

To recall, on May 8, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the next - 5th  meeting with journalists in a similar format, summing up his annual  activity as head of government, said that, taking into account tax  revenues to the budget in the first quarter of this year ., the  government revised its expectations for tax revenues by the end of  the year at 62 billion drams or $ 129 million. In addition, according  to him, after the velvet revolution, the tax redeemed over-payment  obligations of 120 billion drams. That is, as the prime minister  pointed out, the government returned more than $ 300 million to  business. The VAT refund for the reporting period compared to the  same period last year (May to May) turned out to be 19 billion drams  more. Over the same period, cash checks were printed 82 million more,  which is 35-40% higher than last year.
