Karen Andreasyan: Georgian operator is a interlink and monopolist in  organizing Armenia-Georgia- Azerbaijan tours

ArmInfo.The Georgian operator is interlink in organizing Armenia- Georgia-Azerbaijan tours. An expert on tourism, director of travel company <First Travel> Karen  Andreasyan, stated this at a press conference.

<The Armenia-Georgia-Azerbaijan tours are being organized for the  first time, there was no such direction before. In this sense, great  responsibility lies with the Georgian tour operators, since they are  the interlink between the Armenian and Azerbaijani tour operators,  "Andreasyan said, noting that the tour in three countries will  develop rapidly, but Georgian companies become monopolists in the  field of tourism organization in Armenia , thus sometimes organizing  tours to the republic themselves.

In turn, an expert on tourism, a professor at Georgian University  Niko Kvaratskhelia, noted that there is no other alternative in this  sense. Niko Kvaratskhelia also noted the established contacts between  the Georgian and Armenian tour operators, saying that as part of the  preparation of the Armenian-Georgian tours, travel companies of the  two countries willingly strengthen cooperation and jointly receive  foreign tourists.

According to expert estimates, it is expected that the  Armenian-Georgian tours will make up about 30% of the total number of  Caucasian tours.
