HR Armenia-Georgia business award ceremony took place in Yerevan, which brought together staff management specialists, top managers,  directors and specialists of various specializations from the two  countries. The HR Association of Armenia, HR-TV.ru and Cascade People  & Business organized the event in Yerevan.

During the event, 15 projects were presented that competed in 4  nominations: Digital Solutions, Save, Workplace and Level Up. The  winner in the LEVEL UP nomination was the <Know How Meetings> project  of the company <Crowdfunding Formula>. In the SAVE nomination, the  "RusAl Armenal" project <Look around> was recognized as the best.  Project Ameriabank CJSC - <Ameria City> won in the WORKPLACE  nomination. The best in terms of DIGITAL SOLUTIONS was recognized by  Workfront Armenia with the project Workfront in Workfront.  In an  interview with ArmInfo correspondent, President of the HR Association  in RA Arpi Karapetyan noted that over the past 10 years there has  been a big shift in Armenia in terms of the development of the HR  community. "If ten years earlier we couldn't talk about any contests  and projects, today at the event there are amazing projects that can  be brought to the international level. HR is rapidly developing and  gaining momentum, becoming a desirable and fashionable profession.  Today, HR specialists work with the employer not as a provider, but  as a business partner, "she said.

In particular, Karapetyan noted that having partners in more than 120  countries of the world, she came to the conclusion that the HR  community of Armenia is not inferior. At the same time, she stressed  that some tools developed by international specialists in the field  of personnel management in Armenia do not work.  But in exchange,  according to the head of the Association, come their own, created by  local HR-companies.  "And in principle, after a certain approbation,  they can be presented at international sites," she said.  The goal of  the WOW! HR nomination is to unite and popularize in the field of  human resource management interesting and outstanding solutions in  the field of communications, HR, organization of business processes  and corporate culture, creation of mutual business ties, promotion of  the employer's brand and exchange of experience. About 200  participants, 60 companies, 15 nominees and international speakers  attended the event.
