For two decades, Vache Vazgenovich Gabrielyan held a number of senior executive positions in state structures of Armenia, including the posts of RA Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Minister of International Integration and Reforms, a member of the Central Bank Council, as well as Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia. Currently, Vache Gabrielyan is the dean of the College of Business and Economics at the American University of Armenia.V. Gabrielyan graduated from the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics of Yerevan State University with a degree in economics and mathematics, as well as the Faculty of Public Administration of Rutgers University (New Jersey, USA) with a degree in Public Administration, where he received a Ph.D. He is the author of a number of scientific papers published in Armenia and abroad.
Dmitry Yuryevich Ladikov-Roev has a long and rich professional experience in the financial sector. Over the years, Dmitry Ladikov-Roev held senior management positions in various financial structures of the Russian Federation, such as Escobank, Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development, National Standard Bank, and Investbank.Currently, Dmitry Ladikov-Royov holds the position of Managing Director for Assets and Liabilities of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB).Dmitry Ladikov-Roev graduated from the Faculty of Aerophysics and Space Research of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, and the magistracy of Kingston University in London (United Kingdom) with a degree in Business and Law.Recall that Ardshinbank was founded in 2003. The majority shareholders of Ardshinbank as of April 1, 2019 are Arins Group LLC (formerly called Business Investment Center LLC) with a 67.97% share in the capital and REGION Industrial and Financial Corporation CJSC - 29.52%. Ardshinbank is the second largest bank in Armenia, which has one of the largest branch networks, consisting of 63 divisions, of which 18 are located in Yerevan, 42 - in the regions and 3 - in Artsakh. The bank has a rating of international authoritative rating agencies, equal to the country rating of Armenia, which in world practice is considered to be a high rating. The Banker magazine of The Financial Times publishing house recognized Ardshinbank as the best bank in Armenia in 2018.
