ArmInfo. Armenia chose open and transparent policies for the use of safe and peaceful nuclear energy. Such an opinion was expressed by the Minister of Territorial Development and Infrastructures Suren Papikyan during his speech at the 63rd conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Vienna.
