ArmInfo. Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Artur Javadyan takes part in the 42nd meeting of the Club of Heads of Central Banks of Central Asia, the Black Sea Region and the Balkans, which takes place in Prague.
As the Central Bank of Armenia press service told ArmInfo, during the event the features of the monetary policy implemented by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, the flexibility of the policy in various shock situations, and the prospects of inflation targeting in the context of the development of the world economy were presented.
It should be noted that the Club of Heads of Central Banks of Central Asia, the Black Sea Region and the Balkans was founded in 1998. Club members are central banks of 25 countries: Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Greece, Israel, China, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, Croatia, Czech Republic and Montenegro.
