Nicola International Armenia LLC to invest 1.6 billion drams in  production expansion

ArmInfo. Nicola International Armenia LLC will invest 1.6 billion drams in the  expansion of production. At the January 16 meeting, the Government of  the Republic of Armenia approved the application of the company to  exempt it from customs payments for imported equipment and raw  materials.

According to the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of  Armenia Avag Avanesyan, the total cost of the investment program of  the company will be 3.3 billion drams. LLC is engaged in the  processing of olives in the Kotayk region of the republic. Since  2018, the company has been exporting its products, the raw materials  for which are supplied from abroad, to the countries of the Eurasian  Economic Union. The company intends to increase export volumes by  40%, and therefore there is a need for additional investments.

It should be noted that the company launched its activities in the  Aramus community of Kotayk region of Armenia since 2003. LLC produces  canned olives, fruits and vegetables.
