Petrosyan noted that 50 of the 450,000 apartments in the capital, owned by Turkish citizens, are not a reason to look for dangers. In general, he stressed that in the 10 months of this year, 1,581 real estates were purchased by foreign citizens in Armenia, with a y-o-y increase of 25%. According to Petrosyan, foreigners accounted for only 3.6 percent of the total number of real estate transactions.
