Team Telecom Armenia announces resumption of communication in  Alaverdi 

ArmInfo.Team Telecom Armenia announced the resumption of cellular communications in most of the  city of Alaverdi, fixed-line communications and the Internet are partially available.

"Our technical team continues to make every effort to fully and  quickly restore communication," an official report reads. 

Torrential rains hit the north of Armenia, which led to the overflow  of the banks of the Debed and Aghstev rivers and flooding in the Lori  and Tavush regions. Many roads and bridges were destroyed, houses  were flooded. The flood has destroyed roads and bridges. There are  many problems in terms of infrastructure. In particular, we are  talking about communications, power lines, gas pipelines, systems  related to drinking water and irrigation. Some cannot be inventoried  at this time. As a result of the natural disaster, 3 people died. As  of 19:30 on May 26, 190 people were evacuated from various  settlements of Lori and Tavush, 75 were rescued, in particular 223 in  Lori and 42 in Tavush.
