ArmInfo.One of the largest technological events in the region, the DigiTec2024 exhibition, has  started in Yerevan today, with Ameriabank as a fintech partner.  As part of DigiTec, the Ameriabank pavilion will be located in the DigiInvest section from October 4 to 6.  The concept is centered around the skills of a successful investor.

Those wishing to test their potential will have to go through 6 tests prepared by the Ameriabank team. Each test corresponds to a specific skill of a successful investor, namely <foresight>, <balance>, <patience>,  <intelligence>, <luck> and <courage>.  Anyone who successfully passes  all the tests will open a brokerage account at Ameriabank for free  and receive shares of an international company as a gift.  Brokerage  accounts at Ameriabank allow clients to use the MyInvest digital  platform, which is integrated into the MyAmeria application. As Diana  Hakobyan,  Co-Director for Foreign Exchange and Brokerage Operations  at Ameriabank, shared during a discussion with journalists on the  sidelines of DigiTec, that MyInvest provides access to more than 30  markets and over 25,000 different instruments such as shares, bonds,  and  investment funds for the banks clients. This platform enables  users to easily buy shares and make an initial placement with just a  few clicks, completing transactions in a matter of minutes.

She recalled the Bank's recent experience with the placement of bonds  of Electric Networks of Armenia in an unprecedented volume, noting  that 20% of these bonds were placed through the MyInvest platform,  indicating its high demand.  According to Diana Hakobyan, such  platforms are very important in the context of capital market  development. Previously, investing seemed like a rather difficult  process for our citizens, but now you can open an account online with  just a few clicks and immediately purchase your preferred instrument.

In turn, Artush Yengibaryan, the head of Ameriabank's brokerage  service, said that this project was developed by an experienced and  qualified team of Ameriabank. This enables them to enhance the  platform and its functionality based on customer feedback  and  requirements. At the same time, he pointed out the high interest of  citizens in the platform, especially among the younger generation,  who are avid users of modern technologies.

The Ameriabank representative Diana Hakobyan also took part in the  panel discussion on the topic <The Future of Digital Investments: New  Instruments and Opportunities in the Financial Market of Armenia>.   Having presented the bank's experience in this area, she said that  Ameriabank has started digitalization process years ago. It was only  two years ago that the digital transformation began to impact the  Bank's investment services. During the panel discussion, Hakobyan  spoke about the development of the MyInvest platform within the  MyAmeria application, highlighted its features, advantages and  touched upon the development team. In this regard, she noted that the  professional team's flexibility in modifing this project based on  user feedback, has made the platform user-friendly and appealing to  citizens.
