ArmInfo. The RA Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) has received a complaint from the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia regarding the activities of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC.
As reported by PSRC press secretary Liana Azizyan to an ArmInfo correspondent, under current legislation, the commission chairperson must make the decision to initiate proceedings regarding the networks. A company manager may be appointed before the proceedings are completed. "I cannot say exactly when this will happen, it may happen today or on Monday. Just check our website for updates," the press secretary said.
