The actual increase compared to 2021 totaled 344.6 million drams or 12.8%. ArmInfo.Over a half of Armenia's population is living in the communities actively involved in the Covenant of Mayors East (CoM East) project, Mr Christophe  Frering, CoM East Team Leader, told reporters on Friday. 

ArmInfo.On December 2, the opening ceremony of the joint project  "Skill Building of Rural Farmers for Effective & Innovative Greenhouse Management”  will take place at Yerevan Hall of Holiday Inn Hotel. The total project budget is USD19,780 of which USD14,300 is donated by HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC. JMF has also commited around 100 million AMD to serve as a loan capital for this project.

According to the official report of the Ministry of Economy, the head of the  Armenian economic department Vahan Kerobyan held a meeting with  representatives of a number of Italian companies that intend to  implement investment projects in Armenia in various sectors of the  economy.  

ArmInfo.The World Bank has worsened its 2022 forecast for Armenia's GDP growth from the previous 4.8% to an updated 1.2%, expecting a decline in exports by 8.5% and  imports by 12%. For 2023, the World Bank forecasts an acceleration in  Armenia's GDP growth to 4.6%, with exports growing by 6.5% and  imports by 8%, and in 2024 GDP growth is expected at 4.9%, with  acceleration of export and import growth up to 7.7% and 9.3%  respectively.
