ArmInfo.  The South Caucasus Railway (SCR) and the Armenian Tourism Federation signed a Memorandum of Collaboration. The document was signed by SCR Director Alexey Melnikov and Chairman of the Armenian Tourism Federation Mekhak Apresyan on November 5 in Yerevan.  Prior to signing the document, the parties discussed the outcomes of new joint initiatives to develop rail tourism in Armenia.

Tashir Capital resubmitted its application for  reduction in  electricity tariffs

ArmInfo.  An application from Tashir Capital, the owner of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC, has been submitted to the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC), to reduce the electricity tariff. Marianna Kagramanyan, press secretary of the "In Our Way" movement, shared this information on  social media. Earlier, Tashir Capital CEO Narek Karapetyan announced  on social media that it there is a possibility to reduce the tariff  for residents by 3 drams.

ArmInfo.  South Caucasus Railways continues to implement its investment program to modernize its railway infrastructure, including replacing a bridge structure  near the city of Armavir on October 29. The bridge, which had served  for over a century, was renovated in an extremely short timeframe-15  hours which minimized disruptions to train schedules. This was stated  in a company statement.

Armenia`s telecom operators paid $80.4 million to  state budget in  first nine months of 2025

ArmInfo.  The top four telecom operators in Armenia paid 30.7 billion drams ($80.4 million) to the state budget in January-September 2025, a 10% year-on-year  increase (compared to a 9.1% decline a year ago), as evidenced by  data from the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia. Of  this total,  8.3 billion drams  came from direct taxes (including  corporate income tax), and 14.2 billion drams from VAT. For the  fourth year in a row, Viva Armenia CJSC (Viva trademark) is the  leader among Armenian telecom operators, ranking 13th (compared to  the 9th the previous year). The company contributed 14.3 billion  drams to the state treasury in January-September 2025, with 4.6  billion drams from direct taxes (including profit and income tax) and  6.1 billion drams from VAT.
