Based in Kyiv, Martinchuk will be responsible for Visa's operations and strategy in  17 countries, according to a Visa announcement.

ArmInfo.  The Armenian government will allocate 25.2 million drams to develop a standard design that will allow sand mining at the mouth of the border river Araks. The  decision was made at a Cabinet meeting on May 7.
