ArmInfo. Armenia and Israel will no longer apply double taxation to business entities of the parties. On March 22, the Armenian government approved a bill on ratification of the convention between the governments of Armenia and Israel on avoidance of double taxation on property and income.

Such an opinion was  expressed by the director of the World Bank office in Armenia Sylvie  Bosutho on the margins of the March 5 working conference "Improving  the quality of auditing by ensuring quality control of audit  activity".

ArmInfo. From January 1, 2019, Armenia reduces the threshold of non-taxable annual turnover from 115 million drams ($ 238,000) to 58.35 million drams ($ 120,000), thereby returning to the rules in force until 2015. "The annual shortfall in revenues of the state treasury on the VAT line is estimated at 400 billion drams," Deputy Finance Minister of Armenia David Ananyan told ArmInfo.

Growth in many respects is caused by developments in the sphere of services, construction, and also with the growth of tax revenues. The deflator will be 1.5%, and GDP per capita - about $ 3,799.8. On January 19, the prime minister visited the financial department to familiarize with the results of implementation of the priority tasks and implementation of activities in 2017, as well as tasks for 2018.

According to the minister, at the end of September 2017, the Armenian Ministry of Finance, increasing its expectations from the budgeted for the current year indicator of 3.2% to 4.3%, today still continues to show a conservative approach in its forecasts. In the opposite case, as the head of the Ministry of Finance noted, being guided by the upper limit of the forecasted range, there is a danger of making mistakes according to the forecasts of the tax revenues.

ArmInfo. Armenia makes  changes in the regulation of public debt. Amendments to the laws "On  the Budget System" and "On the State Debt" were adopted at the RA  National Assembly on December 20 in the second and final reading.
