ArmInfo. The Economic Education and Research Support Center, Central Bank of Armenia and French University in Armenia Foundation signed memorandum on understanding. The press service of the Central Bank of Armenia informs that within
this agreement the Economic Education and Research Support Center will provide financial assistance to those postgraduates of French University of Armenia (UFAR) and the Jean Moulin - Lyon 3 University, who have conducted research in the field of financial and banking law.
Signing this memorandum and creating the first postgraduate training program on financial and banking law is a large investment in the future of financial-banking system of the country. Cooperation within the memorandum will create exclusive opportunity to develop scientific potential in the financial banking system by introducing the best international experience in Armenia.
To note, UFAR is an interstate university, established by the governments of Armenia and France. The University graduates bachelors and masters and grants them Armenian state and Jean Moulin - Lyon 3 University diplomas. As of today UFAR has over 1,500 graduates, 70% of whom have found jobs in Armenia and only 6-7% have gone abroad to continue education or for work.
