ArmInfo. Converse Bank announced the launch of a new service ConverseQuota - purchases by credit card without commissions.
As the Bank's press service told ArmInfo, "It's an unprecedented offer for Armenia, which allows making advantageous purchases with a credit card in the Bank's partner network of service and trade sectors, paying for the purchase gradually, without any interest or fees. In particular, within the framework of ConverseQuota service, an amount equivalent to the cost of the purchased product or service will be separated from the customer's credit line/limit and will be recorded for repayment as interest-free loan with maturity up to 12 months.
It was mentioned at the Bank that during the first stage of introduction of ConverseQuota service, the cardholders having a credit limit/credit line provided by Converse Bank will get the opportunity to make use of the services of travel agencies "Visa Concord", "Tatev", "Liberty", "Gasa", and "Sputnik", as well as "Fly Dubai" air company, and buy a travel voucher, air ticket, incoming and outgoing tourism packages.
"Currently, negotiations are under way to expand the partner network in the service and trade sectors and provide the customers with more comprehensive services. Within days, "Armenia" air company will join the list of partner organizations for ConverseQvota service", - it was concluded at the Bank. To remind, Converse Bank has been operating in the Armenian market since September 1996. As of January 1, 2017, the Bank's shareholders are Advanced Global Investments LLc (owned by Eduardo Ernekian) - 80.94%, HayPost Trust Management B.V. - 14.06%, the Cathedral of the Mother See of Etchmiadzin - 5%, and the indirect holder of 100% of shares is Holding Company "Blakery Assets" LTD.
