"Armenian-French economic relations leave much to be desired." The turnover is about 50 million euros.  The situation in the investment sphere is slightly better. There is a tendency to change the situation, and quite large French companies show interest in the Armenian market, "Charpentier said at a press conference in Yerevan on July 13.  The diplomat also pointed to the prospects which opens the cooperation with EEU market.  Charpentier also reminded several French companies already operate in Armenia, covering different fields of activity, including two pharmaceutical companies. " The  reaction of the French companies already present in the Armenian market is important for the presence of French business to become more significant," the diplomat said.
