In order to improve the quality of customer service, efficient management of client flow to branches, increasing customer loyalty and creating self-service zones, VTB Bank (Armenia) increases the number of payment terminals in branches, continuing to equip the units with electronic queue management system.
As the press service of the Bank explained to ArmInfo, the queue management system (QMS) has 10 additional branches in Yerevan and regions, and by the end of the year this electronic system will be installed in all branches. Along with this, more than 15 additional payment terminals are located in the Bank's branches, bringing their number to two in some branches. Thus, by 90% coverage of the branch network is ensured by the electronic queue management system and payment terminals.
The queue management system helps the Bank to solve simultaneously two main tasks: creates and maintains unified corporate standards of service; creates an atmosphere of comfortable customer service.
Bank customers - legal entities and individuals have long ago appreciated the convenience of carrying out bank and non-bank payments through terminals that allow instantly online to replenish accounts/cards and deposits, pay off loans, pay utility and other payments without waiting in line.
In addition, thanks to the recently launched EarlyOne service, VTB Bank (Armenia) customers have an excellent opportunity to keep a queue at a preferred time, date and branch in advance via a special application for smartphones, and to be serviced directly at the moment of visiting the branch without waiting in line.
VTB Bank (Armenia) also equipped 50% of the branch network with free Internet connection, which will allow customers to combine the time spent in the queue, useful for themselves (reading news, communicating with relatives, etc.).
