Armenian finombudsman intends to introduce electronic system for receiving complaints and switch to digital format of interaction with partners

ArmInfo. In 2018, the office of the finombudsman of Armenia will work on the introduction of an electronic system for receiving and reviewing complaints. On the eve of the final press conference timed to the 9th anniversary of the Office of the Financial Mediator in Armenia, on Friday, January 24, the financial commitee of the RA, Piruz Sargsyan, stated.

"We intend to switch to a digital format of interaction with partners, financial institutions, and on the electronic system to receive complaints from our customers," she said.

P. Sargsyan noted that thanks to the introduction of the electronic system, the office of the Finombudsman provides for a shorter period for the consideration of complaints.

Along with this, the former format of interaction between the RA Fin-coumman and clients will also function.
